Vidéki otthonfelújítási támogatás 2025
Kik igényelhetik?
A támogatást az alábbi személyek vehetik igénybe:

Legalább egy gyermeket nevelÅ‘ vagy váró szülÅ‘k (házastársak, élettársak, egyedülálló szülÅ‘k), akik:​
-
Nyugdíjasok és egyéb nyugdíjjogosultsággal rendelkezÅ‘k (öregségi nyugdíj, özvegyi nyugdíj, rokkantsági nyugdíj stb.).
-
Az ingatlannak 5000 fÅ‘ alatti településen kell lennie.
-
Az igénylÅ‘(k)nek legalább 50%-os tulajdoni hányaddal kell rendelkezniük az ingatlanban.
-
Legalább egy fÅ‘nek 1 év folyamatos TB-jogviszonnyal kell rendelkeznie (max. 30 nap megszakítással).
-
Az igénylÅ‘k egyikének sem lehet adó- vagy köztartozása.

Mire használható?
A támogatás az alábbi lakáscélú ingatlanok fejlesztésére igényelhetÅ‘:
-
Lakás, lakóház, tanya (lakáscélú épület), birtokközpont (lakáscélú épület).
Felhasználható például:
-
Energetikai korszerűsítésre (napelemes rendszerre, szigetelés, nyílászárócsere, fűtésrendszer fejlesztése).
-
TetÅ‘csere vagy -felújításra.
-
Egyéb szerkezeti és esztétikai felújításokra.

A támogatás jellege és mértéke
-
Vissza nem térítendÅ‘ támogatás, amely a számlával igazolt felújítási költségek 50%-át fedezi, maximum 3 millió Ft-ig.

A támogatás CSOK és falusi CSOK mellett is igényelhetÅ‘, de kettÅ‘s finanszírozás nem megengedett.
-
Lakástakarékpénztárral és Babaváró hitellel kombinálható.
Hitel lehetÅ‘ség:

A munkálatok megkezdése elÅ‘tt maximum 6 millió forint kamattámogatott hitel vehetÅ‘ fel, amely elÅ‘finanszírozhatja a beruházást.
Elszámolható költségek megoszlása:

Anyagköltség: max. 1,5 millió Ft
-
Munkadíj: max. 1,5 millió Ft

Kik igényelhetik?
Magyarországi székhellyel, vagy telephellyel rendelkezÅ‘ mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozások, egyéni vállalkozók, akik:
-
gazdaságilag potenciálisan életképesek, azonban finanszírozási forrásokhoz nem, vagy nem megfelelÅ‘ mértékben jutnak hozzá,
-
rendelkeznek magyar adószámmal,
-
legalább 1 teljes, lezárt üzleti évvel rendelkeznek,
-
a kölcsönigénylÅ‘ az Európai Bizottsági rendeletek alapján is mikro-, kis- és középvállalkozásnak minÅ‘sül.
A Hitelprogramban induló, kezdÅ‘ vállalkozások is igényelhetnek támogatást, legfeljebb 25 millió forint erejéig. KezdÅ‘ vállalkozásnak számít, ha a vállalkozás nem rendelkezik legalább 1 teljes, lezárt üzleti évvel.

Mire használható?
A KKV Technológia Plusz Hitelprogram keretében a KKV-k technológiai korszerűsítése és a megújuló energiaforrás felhasználásával végrehajtott energiahatékonysági beruházások, valamint ingatlan átalakítás, bÅ‘vítés, felújítás, korszerűsítés és készlet beszerzés is támogatható, az elszámolható költségek mértékére vonatkozó korlátok figyelembevételével.
